Heat in Coquitlam spreads out results at BC Highland Games

A very hot day resulted in results being spread around at the BC Highland Games. No player in Professional, Grade 1, Grade 2, or Grade 3 picked up more than one first.

David MacNeil and Holly File tied for the Grade 2 aggregate, each picking up a first and a fourth. David MacNeil won the MSR, Holly File won the Jig, and Chelsea Archibald won the Piobaireachd.

Tim Byron won the Grade 1 aggregate. Tim picked up two seconds and a third. Scott Wood won the Piobaireachd, Patrick Downing won the Hornpipe & Jig, and Justin Leroux won the MSR.

Andrew Bonar won the Professional aggregate with a first, second, fourth, and a fifth. Andrew won the Hornpipe & Jig, Colin Lee won the Piobaireachd, Alan Bevan won the Strathspey & Reel, and James P. Troy won the March.
